Preliminary design, accompanying of the detailed design and erection of the Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant. Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant CJSC is considered to be one of the most large-scale objects in the European machine building industry on the amount of investment, production facilities and high-technology capacity. The project was carried out with the assistance of one of the major Russian investment and industrial holding companies, the ICT Group of Companies.

Magnesium Project

A Magnesium production project with an electrolysis D.C system of 200KA/340V, 11KV50HZ single phase 6*5MW isolated chlorinators and a 3MW double isolated system with motors, lighting , instrumentation etc. Total power consumption of 120MW based on N-2 philosophy and a full redundant 70MW DC system.

Melting shop No. 4 – TNK Kazchrome Aktobe, Kazakhstan

The planned annual production is around 440,000 t of ferrochrome with high carbon content (H.C. FeCr).
